By accessing this website or submitting an inquiry form, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or submit any forms.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the website and services of Road 2 Resolutions, operated by Ugochukwu Uche, MS, LPC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Road 2 Resolutions offers private, skills-based coaching services for teens and young adults, with a focus on ADHD and anxiety. Our services include:
Coaching vs. Therapy: Coaching services offered through this funnel are distinct from psychotherapy or clinical mental health treatment. While Ugochukwu Uche holds professional licensure as an LPC, the coaching program described on this page is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment, and no therapeutic relationship is formed through the submission of an inquiry form.
Our services are designed for parents, guardians, and caregivers of teens and young adults (ages 13–25), as well as young adults seeking coaching directly. By submitting an inquiry, you represent that:
Submission of our qualification form does not guarantee acceptance into our coaching program or create any contractual obligation on either party. Road 2 Resolutions reserves the right to decline any inquiry at its discretion.
Upon reviewing your submission, we may contact you via phone call or SMS text message to discuss your situation and determine fit. This initial contact is informational and does not constitute a formal service agreement.
📱 By checking the SMS consent box on our form, you agree to receive text messages from Road 2 Resolutions. These terms govern that consent.
By opting in to SMS communications, you expressly consent to receive autodialed and/or manually sent text messages from Road 2 Resolutions at the mobile phone number you provided. Messages may include:
Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and our ongoing communication. You will not receive unsolicited bulk promotional messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Road 2 Resolutions is not responsible for any charges incurred.

Your SMS opt-in consent and phone number will not be shared with or sold to any third party for their own marketing purposes.
All coaching services offered through this program are private pay only. We do not accept insurance, and submission of an inquiry form acknowledges your understanding that services require direct out-of-pocket payment. Specific investment details will be discussed during the qualification conversation with Ugo.
